Do you manufacture your own sweatshirts?
No, we just print the designs on blank sweatshirts. We use brands like Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, and Cotton Heritage for all designs that are printed on the front side of the sweatshirt. For all-over-print designs, we use blank sweatshirts sourced from Poland and Mexico. All our sweatshirts are unisex so they can be worn by men and women.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1 business day. After you place an order with us, we send your order details to our fulfillment center and instruct them to start the process of printing the design on your new sweatshirt.
Our fulfillment time is 2–7 business days for all products. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way.
All orders are processed during regular business hours, excluding federal holidays.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you can email us at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request. If your order has already entered the production, we will be unable to grant your cancellation request.
Can I combine discount codes on my order?
No, you can only use one discount code per order. Each discount code provided to you cannot be used more than once. The discount code expires immediately after you use it the first time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free shipping for U.S./Europe orders over $100 and International orders over $140.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your order details or tracking number in the Track Order page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which includes tracking information.
What shipping companies do you work with?
We currently use UPS, DHL, Fedex, and Asendia to ship our orders to customers worldwide. Customers don't have the option to choose a shipping method during checkout. Please check our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat fee based on the number of items you purchase.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to every country in the world except for Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. If you don't see your country during checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
What sizes do you offer?
The size range for most of our sweatshirts is S–3XL. You will find a size chart for each sweatshirt in the product page. Just click the 'SIZE CHART' button in the product page to view the measurements for the selected sweatshirt. If you don’t see your size in a particular sweatshirt, don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com to let us know. Please read our Size Guide for more information.
How do I return an item?
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your order, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unworn and in new condition. If we receive your items in an unacceptable condition, you will not get any refund. You also need to pay the shipping fee to get the items shipped back to your address.
To arrange a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your purchase. Please include pictures in your email if the item is misprinted, defective or damaged.
I really like an item I saw on your Instagram, how do I find it on your site?
We tag all our products in our Instagram photos so you can easily find them on our website. Just tap the Instagram photo to view the tagged products.
