Do you manufacture your own sweatshirts?
No, we just print the designs on blank sweatshirts. We use Gildan 18000 for all designs that are printed on the front side of the sweatshirt. For All-Over-Print designs, we use blank sweatshirts sourced from Poland and Mexico.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1 business day. After you place an order with us, we send your order details to our production facility and instruct them to start the process of printing the design on your new sweatshirt.
The entire production process usually takes 2–3 business days to complete. After production, the sweatshirts go through multiple quality control checks before we package and ship them out.
All orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you can email us at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the production, we will be unable to grant your cancellation request.
Can I combine discount codes on my order?
No, you can only use one discount code per order. Each discount code provided to you cannot be used more than once. The discount code expires immediately after you use it the first time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders worth USD 125+
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email which includes tracking information once your order has shipped.
What shipping companies do you work with?
We currently use UPS, DHL and Asendia to ship our orders to customers worldwide. Customers do not have the option to choose a shipping method during checkout. All orders are shipped to customers using standard shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat fee based on the number of items you purchase. Visit our Shipping & Returns page to find out more.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to every country in the world!. If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our sweatshirts range in size from XS - 3XL. You can find a size chart in the product description portion of each product page or to see our size chart click here. If you don’t see your size in a particular sweatshirt, don’t hesitate to contact email@example.com to let us know! We appreciate your feedback.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns on unworn, new condition items within 30 days of receiving your original order. We do not accept refunds on items that smell like smoke, body odor, that have stains or animal/human hair on them. They must be in original condition without being washed. If we receive an item in unacceptable condition, we will not reship the item back to you and you will not get a refund.
Please note that items shipped back to us could take 2-30 days depending on where you are shipping the item from and the method of shipping you choose. When the item is delivered to us, it may take 1-5 days for your return to be processed. We do not cover the shipping cost to return an item. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us, remember to ask for proof of postage and keep your TRACKING NUMBER, so you'll have proof of shipment if your parcel goes missing in the mail!
