ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All our products are made on-demand, so we'll start printing your designs right after an order is placed. Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Time = Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time

Our Estimated Fulfillment Time for all products is 2–7 business days.

The estimated fulfillment time depends on current order volume and our capacity. To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way.

We ship to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

We offer free shipping for U.S./Europe orders over $100 and International orders over $140.

RETURNS

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your order, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unworn and in new condition. If we receive your items in an unacceptable condition, you will not get any refund. You also need to pay the shipping fee to get the items shipped back to your address.

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be credited back to you.

HOW TO SET UP A RETURN

To arrange a return, please send an email to refunds@sweatshirts.co with details about your purchase. Please include pictures in your email if the item is misprinted, defective or damaged.
